The project consists of the transformation of an old industrial building located in Triggiano, in the
south-eastern part of the Metropolitan Area of Bari. The building belongs to an important industrial
heritage complex, now transformed into a sportive center with new indoor playgrounds
(squash, paddle, beach volley and volley), reception and services. The space is organized with
the playgrounds arranged around a central ‘square’ conceived as a public meeting point from
which is possible to see the matches and in which is possible to organize collective events. The
new building that contains the reception is a pure white volume that dialogues with the natural
concrete of the existing structure.
